It is possible to exchange the items purchased with other products on sale.
All the products available on this site are supplied with illustrative packaging which identifies their uniqueness and originality. Tampering with the packaging or the barcode does not allow us to change the product supplied.
We advise you to try the product without breaking its packaging. Therefore it is necessary that the returned items are in the same condition in which you received them, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Below are all the instructions you need to follow and if all the information is correct, we will issue the return authorization code so that you can return the package and receive a refund as soon as possible.
To simplify the procedure, we can send the courier directly to your address for collection.
WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS
1) Download the RMA form on the page below, fill it in in its entirety and send it to customer service at the email address info@lomaistro.com
Attention in case of product change, specify the desired product in the notes
2) Wait for a return or product exchange code to be assigned before shipping the item
3) Check the following:
- All products are perfectly intact;
- Each product to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped to you and must be packaged correctly
4) It is possible to use your trusted courier or ask us to collect it from your home by our courier. The cost of this service is to be agreed in the lowest possible expenses which will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
